- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme, plus 2 – 3 sprigs

- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter

- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. l chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
