In this appetizer, from sliced prosciutto dates with cheese the filling perfectly feels the balance of sweet, salty and smoked, which makes the snack unusual and worthy of special occasions. For cheese filling, mix mascarpone and the same cream, but with more pronounced taste of goat cheese. Added to cheese finely chopped basil will make the taste of the snack even brighter. Dates without it will be easy to fill the seeds with the filling if you cut them with one hand and reveal a little book. And to collect, wrap stuffed dates with a thin slice of prosciutto and fasten with a skewer or a toothpick. Enjoy a delicious snack with a glass of cold Champagne. - 16 dates medjul (350 gr.), Pitted
- 8 thin prosciutto slices cut in half along

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine all the cheese and basil, salt and pepper to taste. Carefully open the dates and fill them about 0.5 tsp cheese mixture. Close the dates with the filling inside. Wrap each date in a prosciutto slice and fasten a toothpick.
- Spread the stuffed dates on the dish and serve.
