- 350 gr soft tofu, drain the liquid
- 85 gr. dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 0.25 Art. cocoa powder
- 0.25 Art. water
- 1 tbsp. l brandy
- 0.5 tbsp. plus 0.5 tsp fine sugar
- 0.25 Art. fat cream
- 1.25 tsp chocolate chips

Recipe preparation:
- Grind tofu in a blender or food processor until smooth masses.
- Mix the crumbled chocolate, cocoa powder, 0.25 tbsp. water and brandy in a saucepan or a heat-resistant bowl, put in water the bath. Heat, stirring frequently, until the mass melts and will become homogeneous. Remove from heat. Add 0.5 small sugar in portions and mix until smooth.
- Add the chocolate mixture to tofu and rub until smooth condition. Place the mousse in serving bowls, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Whip the cream with a whisk. When the cream is almost full beat, add the remaining 0.5 tsp. sugar and finish whipping. Garnish each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream and with chocolate chips and serve.
