  1. Pour the cream into a saucepan, put on a strong fire and bring to a boil, then remove from heat. In a separate bowl combine both milk and dark (70%) chocolate and honey
  2. Pour hot cream into a bowl of chocolate and mix vigorously all with a mixer to a homogeneous glossy mass.
  3. Cool the resulting mixture, add butter and rum to it and mix again with a mixer. Cover the mixture with foil “in contact” and put in the refrigerator for the night.
  4. Form balls of diameter 2 cm from the mixture and remove them freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate 53% in a water bath. Dip in melted chocolate candy, roll in hands and toss in a bowl with cocoa, where quickly roll and spread on table.
  6. Let the sweets stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. appetite!
