- Pour hot cream into a bowl of chocolate and mix vigorously all with a mixer to a homogeneous glossy mass.
- Cool the resulting mixture, add butter and rum to it and mix again with a mixer. Cover the mixture with foil “in contact” and put in the refrigerator for the night.
- Form balls of diameter 2 cm from the mixture and remove them freezer for 2 hours.
