Cutlets with chicken, cheese and Bulgarian pepper

Tasty and original meatballs will cook at home from chicken with bell pepper. A bun soaked in milk will make cutlets juicy and tender, and finely chopped bell pepper brings an interesting note to the whole dish. Salad is perfect for a garnish fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.

  1. Scroll the chicken or turkey fillet through a meat grinder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fillet, bun (previously soaked in milk and squeezed), grated cheese, chopped onions and herbs, pepper (peeled, diced). Add salt, pepper, mix well.
  3. Form oblong from cooked minced meat cutlets (optionally add a piece of cream to each cutlet oil). Roll them into a breaded mixture.
  4. Fry in preheated vegetable oil for seven minutes from each side. Ready cutlets put on lettuce leaves.
