Tasty and original meatballs will cook at home from chicken with bell pepper. A bun soaked in milk will make cutlets juicy and tender, and finely chopped bell pepper brings an interesting note to the whole dish. Salad is perfect for a garnish fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.

- Scroll the chicken or turkey fillet through a meat grinder.
- In a bowl, mix the fillet, bun (previously soaked in milk and squeezed), grated cheese, chopped onions and herbs, pepper (peeled, diced). Add salt, pepper, mix well.
- Form oblong from cooked minced meat cutlets (optionally add a piece of cream to each cutlet oil). Roll them into a breaded mixture.
- Fry in preheated vegetable oil for seven minutes from each side.
Ready cutlets put on lettuce leaves.
