  1. Add minced spices to your taste (salt, pepper, hops-suneli), egg. Grate the onion there.
  2. Dip a piece of bread into the milk and let it absorb the milk and crumble into minced meat. Pour the remaining milk into the minced meat.
  3. Finely chop dill into minced meat and mix well.
  4. Form 16 balls from minced meat.
  5. Roll each ball in flour and form cutlets.
  6. Fry cutlets in oil on both sides, over medium heat about 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side).
