Cutlets Mix: video recipe

This is just a classic of Soviet cuisine – cutlets with bread. I I don’t actually cook these at home now, I usually add oatmeal or a lot of vegetables (carrots, zucchini) for juiciness. But then they asked took the recipe. I know many subscribers don’t eat pork. Try mix ground beef with minced chicken. Maybe at first glance it is unusual but very tasty.

  1. Pour the bread with milk and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  3. Mix in a bowl both minced meat, egg, onion and garlic, soaked bread, salt and pepper.
  4. Wet cutlets with wet hands.
  5. Fry over low heat on one side without a lid until rouge (7-10 minutes) and another 10 minutes on the other hand under the lid.
