- In 1 kg of minced chicken add 2 onions, passed through meat grinder.

- Boil the eggs.
- Take about 100 grams of minced meat with wet hands, put in the middle a slice of feta cheese, 1 peeled boiled egg, and form a cutlet. The egg must be completely covered with minced meat.
- In 200 gr. breadcrumbs add 1 tbsp. paprika and in roll the mixture on all sides of the cutlet.
- Warm up 1 liter of sunflower oil, and lower it cutlet, if the cutlet is not completely in oil, constantly turn over.
- Fry until dark.
- Put the finished cutlet on paper to get rid of excess oil.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
