  1. In 1 kg of minced chicken add 2 onions, passed through meat grinder.
  2. Salt to taste and add 1 tsp. coriander, 1 egg and mix.
  3. Boil the eggs.
  4. Take about 100 grams of minced meat with wet hands, put in the middle a slice of feta cheese, 1 peeled boiled egg, and form a cutlet. The egg must be completely covered with minced meat.
  5. In 200 gr. breadcrumbs add 1 tbsp. paprika and in roll the mixture on all sides of the cutlet.
  6. Warm up 1 liter of sunflower oil, and lower it cutlet, if the cutlet is not completely in oil, constantly turn over.
  7. Fry until dark.
  8. Put the finished cutlet on paper to get rid of excess oil.
  9. Serve with fresh vegetables.
