- Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Pour water (300 ml), salt (1/2 tsp) and oil (130) into the pan gr), stir and bring to a boil.
- Add flour (200 gr), over low heat, mix quickly until the lumps of flour disappear, stir for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix the mixture with heat, cool (about 3-5 minutes), then one add 6 eggs, each time beating with a mixer.
- Spread in portions, using a pastry bag or tablespoon on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper).
- Bake for about 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave on 15 minutes. After opening the oven a bit, pull out 15 minutes eclairs.
- Cream: milk (550 ml), eggs (2 pcs), sugar (250 g) mix whisk.
- Add 3 tbsp flour (60 g) mix well whisk.
- Put on medium heat, cook the cream, stirring constantly whisk. Cook for about 10-15 minutes before thickening (until boiling).
- Remove the cream from the heat, cool, add 100 g of butter, mix. Add vanillin (1.5 g), mix and at the very end add the zest of 1 orange, mix.
- Make a small incision on the side of the eclair and add cream (2-3 tsp in one eclair). Enjoy your meal.
