Curry oil serves as a flavoring base in this pureed sauce peas.
When you need a quick snack, you can get a package frozen peas, boil it a little so that it defrosted, then add any seasonings that are at hand, such as garlic, curry, coconut oil. This dip sauce is great goes well with toast or chopped raw vegetables.

- 1 chopped onion
- Sea salt
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 2 tsp moderate curry seasonings
- 2 tbsp. thawed peas
- 1/4 Art. thick yogurt, can coconut; and a little more for filing

Recipe preparation:
- In a small frying pan, heat coconut oil in moderate heat. the fire. Add onions and fry for 6-8 minutes. until golden. Add a pinch of salt and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour curry and peas and fry another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and a little cool. In a blender, place the pea mixture with yogurt and 1/4 Art. water and mashed, add salt to taste. For filing put the dip sauce in the bowl, decorate with yogurt on top and make curl. Serve the sauce with toast and chopped vegetables, dipping them in dip sauce. Exit: 500 gr.
