  1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
  2. Onion cut into half rings or cubes.
  3. Over high heat, fry the fillet with oil.
  4. Add onions, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add salt and curry. Mix.
  5. Add cream, mix and bring to a boil. Stew without lids for 20 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Serve with boiled rice garnish.
