- Pour semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes. Then add cottage cheese, baking powder, egg yolks and vanillin.
- Beat cold whites with sugar until white foam, and gently pour them into the mixture.
- Lightly grease the bowl, put the dough and bake for 40 minutes (no less that the casserole does not settle) in the “Baking” mode. Then with turn the casserole using the plate, switch to “Warm up” and leave for another 40 minutes. Done!
