Cooking method
First, prepare the dough. To do this, grind sugar with an egg and cottage cheese. Add chopped margarine, flour and manually Knead the dough, which should be very elastic. Divide it into 8 equal parts.

Remove from heat, wait until it cools down and add vanillin.
Beat softened butter, after which, without ceasing whip, introduce our custard. Then add sour cream, and also coconut and almonds.
We grease each cake with cream, folding one on top of the other, and leave to soak for 2-3 hours at room temperature. After sprinkle the upper crust with scraps of fried crusts and send in the refrigerator for the night. After that, a wonderful dessert ready to eat. When serving, you can garnish with blueberries.
