A very beautiful salad of fresh cucumbers, almond flakes, garlic and canned olives are very easy to cook at home. This salad will decorate any table.

Peel fresh cucumbers, cut into thin circles and send in a bowl.

Add almond flakes and chopped parsley to the cucumbers (2 twigs).

Add chopped garlic to the olive oil.

Season the oil with garlic, provencal herbs, ground pepper, salt (2 pinches) and mix well.

Cut olives into rings, send to cucumbers, add aromatic garlic mixture, mix well and a refreshing salad ready. We immediately spread it on a plate, decorate with parsley and serve on table.
