- 4 salmon fillet (170 gr.) From the central part of the skinless fish
- 1 can (400 gr.) Cut into pieces 2.5 cm. Cores palm trees
- 0.5 l cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes halves
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- Juice 2 lemons or limes
- 2 chopped large cloves of garlic
- 2 chopped large shallots
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 1/2 coarsely chopped cilantro
- Vegetable oil for lubrication
- 2 tbsp. salad greens

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. In big whisk a bowl with 2 tbsp. l olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, garlic, shallots, cumin, cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of salt and half cilantro. Put the salmon and flip the pieces so that they completely covered with marinade. Leave on for 15 minutes. at room temperature.
- In the meantime, mix the palms and tomatoes in a bowl with the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil, juice of remaining lemon and the remaining cilantro. Salt.
- Grease the grill with vegetable oil. Grill salmon putting it round side down until the stripes appear from below about 4 minutes Turn over and continue frying until strips on the other hand and readiness, another 2-3 minutes. Put the fish down on the plates. Serve with greens and palm core salad. Pour the greens with salad dressing.
