  1. Cooking croutons: dice bread, olive oil mix with your favorite spices and herbs.
  2. Pieces of bread dipped in butter and put in a mold, pre-coated with foil.
  3. We send croutons to the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
  4. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions.
  5. Dice potatoes and carrots, and onions – half rings.
  6. Set potatoes with carrots to cook for 25 minutes on average fire, salted water.
  7. Fry the onion in butter until golden brown.
  8. Mix onion and boiled vegetables in a pan, grind with a blender to a homogeneous mass and return to the stove to medium heat.
  9. Cut the melted cheese into cubes and add to the boiled soup, cook another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. We go through the soup again with a blender, chopping the remaining slices of cheese and vegetables. We return to the stove for another 5-7 minutes.
  11. Serve cheese soup with croutons.
