- Wash and clean vegetables.
- Cabbage, radishes, cucumbers and peppers are cut into large cubes.
- Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Mix vegetables in a salad bowl, season with salt and olive oil.
- Break the bread into small pieces and add to the salad, all mix and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
- Adygei cheese cut into slices.
- Beat the egg slightly and dip the cheese in it, then bread the cheese in breadcrumbs and fry in a well-heated grill pan for 5 minutes on each side.
- Put the salad on a plate, slices of cheese on top. Decorate chopped green onions.
