  1. Wash and clean vegetables.
  2. Cabbage, radishes, cucumbers and peppers are cut into large cubes.
  3. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  4. Mix vegetables in a salad bowl, season with salt and olive oil.
  5. Break the bread into small pieces and add to the salad, all mix and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
  6. Adygei cheese cut into slices.
  7. Beat the egg slightly and dip the cheese in it, then bread the cheese in breadcrumbs and fry in a well-heated grill pan for 5 minutes on each side.
  8. Put the salad on a plate, slices of cheese on top. Decorate chopped green onions.
