  1. Cut the baguette into small pieces, send to a baking sheet, grease with a mixture of melted butter and vegetable oils.

  2. Put the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until the baguette will not become crispy. Cooling down.

  3. In a blender bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice and chopped dill (3 branches).

  4. Red fish (you can take smoked or salted), cut into thin slices.

  5. Lubricate the prepared pieces of baguette with a mixture of yogurt and cheese, add slices of red fish on top, spread on top a little cheese mixture, decorate with capers or a sprig of dill, send to a serving dish and immediately serve.
