Crispy salmon croquettes with sauce remoulade

Croquettes

  • 2 (about 225 gr.) Prepared salmon fillets
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 3/4 Art. breading mixture for fish, plus a little more for breading
  • 6 “drops” of hot sauce
  • 1/4 Art. remoulade sauce, see below
  • Canola oil for frying

Remoulade sauce

  • 1 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l capers
  • 1 tsp condiments for seafood
  • 1/2 tsp garlic press
  • 2.5 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 chopped stalk of green onions

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mash the fish with a fork and remove the skin. In a medium-sized bowl beat the egg. Add the breading mixture to the egg, salmon, spicy sauce and 1/4 tbsp. sauce remoulade. Mix well. Form 8 patty. Sprinkle the remaining breading mixture into the cake pan or on a dish. Roll the patties in the remaining breading mixture fish. In a large frying pan over medium or medium high heat. heat the oil by pouring it in a thin layer. Fry the patties until golden brown, laying them in a pan so that between them there was a place for 3-4 minutes. with each hand. Serve the croquettes hot with the remaining sauce ремулад.
