Delicious and amazingly crispy cutlets will turn out if they cook at home with minced pork with mayonnaise, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in large quantities vegetable oil.

  1. My pork fillet, cut into medium slices and pass through a meat grinder along with onions and garlic.

  2. Add egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs to the prepared pork mince white bread crumbs (½ cup), ground pepper, salt and mix. We form flat cutlets from the workpiece, generously bread in breadcrumbs and put in portions in hot oil, should to cover cutlets.

  3. Fry pork cutlets over medium heat from 2 sides to crisp and send on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve fragrant crispy cutlets with your favorite side dish and fresh or salted vegetables.
