  1. Beat the egg in a bowl, add salt, pepper and kefir.
  2. Chicken fillet with my running water and dry with paper napkins. Cut into neat longitudinal pieces. Width no more 1 cm. Salt and pepper chicken.
  3. We make a breading by mixing semolina with flour and sesame seeds.
  4. Dip chicken long slices first in egg-kefir mix and then roll in breading.
  5. Fry on all sides in a well-heated vegetable oil in a pan over low heat until cooked.
  6. Served with ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese sauce, mustard, sauce barbecue or any other optional.
