  1. Wash the potatoes. Cut into four pieces, fold in pan, pour 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and cook 18-20 minutes (until ready).
  2. Wash the turkey, dry and cut into long strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour and 50 ml of water, salt and pepper over to taste. Strip the turkey into the prepared batter, and then bread in breadcrumbs.
  4. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. warm it and fry the turkey until golden brown from all parties for 6-8 minutes (until ready).
  5. Pour milk into a stewpan, heated over medium heat, bring to a boil, add spinach, cream cheese and warm 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Add the spinach-cream mixture to the potatoes and beat whisk to a state of mashed air. Puree consistency control yourself by reducing the amount of fluid if it’s necessary.
