  1. Wash the pork fillet, dry with paper towels or towels and cut into thin slices. Prepared pieces beat off through cling film, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Grind the corn flakes in a blender or in a bowl with a crush.

  2. Roll the beaten pieces in flour, beaten eggs, chopped corn flakes and put in portions in hot oil.

  3. Quickly fry over high heat from 2 sides to brown peel and spread on paper napkins to remove excess oils. Using this method, we fry all the beaten meat.

  4. Fragrant crispy chops serve hot with your favorite sauce and garnish. The meat can be optionally supplemented with any spices to taste.
