  1. Slices of pork loin, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

  2. Spread corn flakes in a bowl and chop lightly pusher, in another bowl beat eggs with a small amount salt.

  3. Dip the chops into the eggs one piece at a time, generously roll them into cereal and send in hot oil. Frying crispy chops in portions on both sides over medium heat until lightly browned, and put on paper towels. Using this method, we cook everything pieces of loin.

  4. Crispy juicy chops serve hot with your favorite side dish and fresh crispy vegetables.
