Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 packets (300g each) frozen spinach, thaw and wring out
  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • Butter
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan, add shallots and fry until softened. Add spinach, a little warm up. Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, sour cream, season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes, then add a pinch of nutmeg.
