  1. Fry the pine nuts in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Squeeze spinach from the liquid (if frozen), onion cut into cubes, bacon strips, garlic slices.
  3. Fry the onion until golden brown 3-5 minutes. Then add bacon and garlic and fry another 2 minutes. Add cream and spinach and double the sauce, stirring occasionally. Salt, pepper to taste, add pine nuts and mix.
