  1. Cut two kg of tomato cream into two or four parts, another variety will not work, as tomatoes will become very soft.
  2. Four bell peppers, two hot peppers and a head of garlic pass through a meat grinder or blender, mix.
  3. We put vegetables to tomatoes, add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. vinegar 9%, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. salt (not iodized, large), two bunches of chopped cilantro, all carefully mix.
  4. Cover, put in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
