  1. Peel onions and carrots.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into large cubes.
  3. Dice carrots and onions, fry in a pan with garlic and spices in olive oil.
  4. Pour milk and cream into the pan, add the fried vegetables, chopped pumpkin, bay leaf. Salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat. quarter of an hour.
  6. Remove the bay leaf from the pan, add cheese. And break through the soup into a smoothie.
  7. Warm the soup over low heat for another five minutes and pour over plates.
  8. Serve sprinkled with crackers or pumpkin seeds.
