The main components of a classic potato salad – self boiled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise dressing and mustard. Potatoes are usually boiled together with peel and unpeeled cut into small pieces. Extra taste gives a salad a celery stalk, onions and green onions, fresh greenery. The salad turns out to be very satisfying, tender, with a pleasant cream texture. It can be served as an independent snack or a side dish for meat dishes.

- 6 large eggs

- 2 chives, chopped
- 1 white onion, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Put potatoes and 2 tbsp. l with a slide of salt in a large pot with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes become soft, 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, then chop the potatoes into pieces 1 cm.
- In the meantime, lay the eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer if weak boil for about 10 minutes. Drain and place eggs under cold water so that they cool. Peel and chop.
