  1. Cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion, leave the cloves of garlic whole. We chop parsley very finely. Calcine nuts on dry pan for 2 minutes and chop with a knife.
  3. In a pan over high heat, heat oil, fry cloves of garlic until golden brown, and then remove. We reduce fire to medium, put onion and herbs, pass 4 minutes, stirring.
