In a saucepan over medium heat in 1/4 tbsp. cook olive oil 1 finely chopped chili pepper the same arbol until roasted, 2-3 min. Add grated zest of 1 lemon, juice of 2 lemons and 6 tbsp. l (90 gr.) butter and stir until butter melts. Mix with 350 gr cooked linguine, adding, if necessary, the water remaining from the preparation of the paste (up to 1 tbsp.) to dilute thick sauce. Stir in 0.5 tbsp.
