- Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
- We chop parsley branches. Heat the olive in a pan oil, add ginger, garlic, onions and fry until soft.
- Cut celery root and pears into cubes, add them to pan and pour the broth. Cook the soup until the celery is soft.
- Puree the soup with a blender, add salt and chopped greenery.
- Before serving, garnish with croutons and grated cheese. Have a nice appetite!
