- Add lentils to the pot with water and cook after boiling on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. On olive we oil the vegetables.
- Finely chop broccoli and celery.
- All the ingredients are added to the pan, cook another 15 minutes and give cool off.
- Add milk to the soup and beat with a blender. Have a nice appetite!
