  1. Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel. Chop onion, pumpkin and garlic. Grate the cheese.
  2. Fry onions and garlic in a pan with butter over high heat 5-6 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add the pumpkin and continue to frying for another 8-10 minutes
  4. Add corn and chickpeas (I added with liquid) and pour water to hide all the ingredients. Salt, pepper and add spices (garam masala) to taste.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Grind everything with a blender. Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with cheese and gara masala and serve. Have a nice appetite!
