If you want pork to be especially tender and tasty, cook it at home before beating it and then putting it out in creamy onion sauce. Garnish on the side potatoes.

  1. Cut the pork loin into thin slices, beat, salt and pepper Chop the onion finely.

  2. Put the onion in the roasting pan in the oil, fry for 3-4 minutes and add prepared chops. Pour water to cover meat, add bay leaf, peas of pepper, cover and simmer on medium heat 10 minutes.

  3. Add flour to cream and mix well. Pour the cream mix in meat with onions, stir and simmer another 15 minutes. We try on salt.

  4. Remove the creamy flavored pork from the fire, send to plates with a side dish, pour all the sauce and serve immediately.
