Cut the pork into pieces of medium thickness and small size. Fry in hot oil in a cauldron for 5-7 minutes.

Add onion, chopped in half rings, chopped pieces as well bell pepper (as thin as possible) and slices of cherry tomatoes. Fry meat with vegetables for another 7 minutes.

Add thin champignon plastics, salt, pepper and pour one and a half glasses of water into the cauldron.
