  1. Cut the pork into pieces of medium thickness and small size. Fry in hot oil in a cauldron for 5-7 minutes.

  2. Add onion, chopped in half rings, chopped pieces as well bell pepper (as thin as possible) and slices of cherry tomatoes. Fry meat with vegetables for another 7 minutes.

  3. Add thin champignon plastics, salt, pepper and pour one and a half glasses of water into the cauldron.

  4. Stew under the lid for half an hour over low heat. When almost all water evaporates, add cream and simmer for another 15 minutes.
