- Wash and peel all vegetables. Remove avocado from the stone.
- Chop onions and carrots in arbitrary pieces, sliced avocado, tofu plates, chop the garlic.
- Pour oil into a saucepan heated over high heat. warm it and fry the garlic for 5-7 seconds, then add the onions and continue to give another 3-5 minutes. Add carrots and fry another 5-7 minutes. Do not forget to mix!
