- 1/2 tbsp. white wine
- 250 ml fat cream
- 1/4 Art. butter
- Thyme to taste
- 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a deep pan, lower the mussels, and place to medium heat. When the mussels begin to open, drain the water. Add white wine. Evaporate alcohol and when the wine starts boil, add cream, butter, thyme and garlic. Reduce the heat and serve when all the mussels open. Throw away all unopened mussels.
