  1. Pour half of our milk into the pan, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and almost bring to a boil. Turn off the fire.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolks, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, starch and pour the remaining milk. Pour the resulting mixture into hot milk, mix, put on a small fire and cook the cream until thickening.
  3. Apricots mashed in a blender.
  4. We dissolve gelatin in hot water. Pour it in a thin stream in apricot puree and mix. Pour mashed potatoes into glasses on 1/3. We put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  5. When the jelly begins to harden, whip the cream into a firm foam. The cream is mixed with cream and spread on apricot jelly. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, you can decorate with chopped nuts.
