Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 tbsp. strawberries cut into slices
- 2 tbsp. l strawberry jam, seedless
- 1 1/4 Art. (170 gr.) Premium flour
- 1 1/4 Art. (300 gr.) Kefir
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese (mascarpone or philadelphia)
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
- 1/4 Art. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp drinking soda
- 1 large egg
- Butter
- A pinch of salt
- Granulated sugar
- Whipped cream

Recipe preparation:
- Make Strawberry Sauce: Stir in a Bowl strawberries, strawberry jam and 2 tablespoons of boiled warm water, set aside.
- Make dough for pancakes: mix in a blender flour, kefir, egg, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt, until smooth. Add cream cheese and mix again, pour over the resulting the dough in a bowl.
- Heat the pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat, pouring dough in parts (about 1/4 cup), until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes on each side.
- Place the pancakes in a preheated to 100 C. oven and Warm up a little, then coat with butter. Serve fritters pour strawberry sauce, sprinkle sugar on top and decorate whipped cream.
