A quick and easy way to cook beef. Meat it turns out tasty and tender, with a pleasant light sour. Berry can be used fresh or frozen. It’s good to make potato on the side mashed potatoes.

  1. Cut beef into layers about one thick cm.
  2. Put the meat in a frying pan with a small amount vegetable oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry both sides.
  5. Then lay the cranberries on the meat, close the lid and simmer for an hour on low heat (adding a little water if necessary).
  6. Serve the prepared meat on lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables.
