- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 3/4 tsp ground caraway seeds
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- Chopped parsley for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add carrots and fry until cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add cranberry juice, caraway seeds, cinnamon and salt to taste. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and cook at a slow boil, stirring occasionally until the carrots are glazed, 25 min. Sprinkle carrots cooked in cranberry glaze chopped parsley.
