Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr. carrots, peel, thinly slice
  • 1.5 tbsp. cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp ground caraway seeds
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add carrots and fry until cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add cranberry juice, caraway seeds, cinnamon and salt to taste. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and cook at a slow boil, stirring occasionally until the carrots are glazed, 25 min. Sprinkle carrots cooked in cranberry glaze chopped parsley.
