Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr shellless crab meat
  • 1/3 Art. crushed crackers
  • 3 finely chopped stalks of green onions
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cayenne pepper on the tip of a knife
  • Breading flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • Favorite dip sauce for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour and peanut butter. Form the patties and sprinkle them with flour. in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. When butter warm up in batches, put the crab cutlets in a pan and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Neatly turn the patties over and fry on the other side for about 4 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
