- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Cayenne pepper on the tip of a knife
- Breading flour
- 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
- Favorite dip sauce for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour and peanut butter. Form the patties and sprinkle them with flour. in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. When butter warm up in batches, put the crab cutlets in a pan and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Neatly turn the patties over and fry on the other side for about 4 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
