  1. We cook couscous as it is written on a packet. I cooked like this: pour couscous 1: 2 with boiling water, cover with a lid for 5 minutes, then mixed with a fork.
  2. Fry the ribs in vegetable oil for 1 min each side to golden color.
  3. While the ribs are fried, chop the vegetables. Carrot, zucchini and bell pepper cut into large cubes, chop onion half rings.
  4. Spread the ribs in a crutch, add carrots, peppers, zucchini, onion, pour 300 ml of water and put on fire for 10 min
  5. Then add spices, salt, dried garlic, zira, black pepper.
  6. Add the tomatoes in our own juice, cover with a lid and simmer 20 minutes, then add 3 cloves of garlic and continue to simmer under cover for another 25 minutes.
  7. We spread couscous on a plate, pour plenty of sauce and put the ribs and vegetables on top. Enjoy your meal.
