Recipe preparation:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil; add garlic and shallots and fry, often stirring until aroma, about 2 minutes. Add 2/3 tbsp. water, bell pepper, oregano, 1 tsp. salt and black pepper to taste.
