  2. Fry the mutton in vegetable oil (5-10 min), add seasoning for meat and salt to taste.
  3. We spread onion, zucchini, red bell pepper and mutton yellow.
  4. You can add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, pepper and then add a teaspoon of tomato paste.
  5. Simmer still under the lid for 15 minutes.
  6. We spread couscous on a plate and on top lamb with vegetables.
