Mix 1.5 tbsp. water with 2 pcs. grated carrots, 1/4 tbsp. bright raisins, 3 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar 1 tsp coarse salt and a pinch of cinnamon and black pepper and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture into 1 tbsp. whole grain couscous cover and leave for 5 minutes. Then loosen with a fork and add finely chopped parsley.
