- Boil couscous according to the instructions on the package.
 - My bell pepper and finely chop.
 - Finely chop dill.
 - Heat the pan, add the olive oil.
 - Fry the bell pepper for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
 - Add couscous, mix.
 - Add the dill.
 - You can add your favorite spices to your taste, I added only salt and black pepper.
