- Cut carrots, cucumbers, celery into very thin slices, I I use a peeler for this.
- Grapes are cut in half. We divide orange into segments.
- Combine in a bowl olive oil, lemon juice, ginger juice and honey. Add salt and pepper.
- Boil water or vegetable broth, add saffron and remove from fire.
- Add couscous to the broth, cover and cool.
- Bell pepper we clear of the tail, partitions, seeds and skins, grill and cut into triangles.
- Finely chop the beets and soak in water, then dry with using a napkin.
- Combine in a bowl all the ingredients except pepper, oranges and beets.
- Pour sauce and mix.
- Put the salad on a plate, decorate with beets, Bulgarian pepper, orange and cherry tomatoes.
