- Pour water into the pan, add chickpeas and cook approximately hour.
- In a bowl of couscous, pour a glass of warm water, pour olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Everything mix until couscous absorbs liquid.
- We tear the herbs into pieces, cut the tomatoes and add to a bowl.
- Then add the finished chickpeas to a bowl and mix everything. Salad put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
